Rules and conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement defines the procedure for the provision of digital asset exchange services by the Service.

1.2. The Service means an online resource located on the internet for the exchange of digital assets, including all its domains, mirrors, and the onion version on the TOR network.

1.3. A User/Client is any capable natural person who has reached the age of majority and has expressed a desire to use the services of the Service.

1.4. The User and the Service, when mentioned together, are referred to as the Parties.

1.5. The Agreement is a public offer, which the User accepts by submitting a request through the online resource for the provision of services offered by the Service.

1.6. The Service operates in full anonymity mode. We do not request personal data, do not perform identity verification (KYC), do not carry out checks on the source of funds (AML), and do not store information about clients.

2. Services Provided

2.1. The Service carries out the exchange of digital assets of the payment systems Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, as well as other cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, the list of which is presented on the website.

2.2. The Service does not provide interbank exchange services, work with fiat currencies, or other banking operations.

2.3. A condition for conducting an exchange is the User's withdrawal of digital tokens from their own electronic wallet to the details specified by the Service.

2.4. The Service accepts digital assets of any origin — regardless of AML status, transaction history, and source of funds.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Service provides the services specified in Part 2 of this Agreement, provided that the User follows the clauses set out in this Agreement. The procedure for their provision is determined by the internal regulations of the Service established in Part 5 of this Agreement.

3.2. The User pays for the services of the Service in compliance with the conditions established by this Agreement.

3.3. The Service has the right to set minimum and maximum exchange amount limits, which are displayed in the Platform interface and may be changed without prior notice.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Service undertakes to:

4.1.1. Carry out the conversion of digital assets of online payment systems in compliance with the clauses stipulated in this Agreement.

4.1.2. Provide technical and informational support to Users during the exchange process.

4.1.3. Ensure confidentiality: not to collect, store, or transfer to third parties the personal data of Users, IP addresses, or visit logs.

4.1.4. Automatically delete all service information about completed requests within the established period (24–72 hours).

4.2. The User is obliged to:

4.2.1. Provide accurate data and details for the timely execution of money transfers.

4.2.2. Independently verify the wallet address before sending funds.

4.2.3. Comply with the payment deadlines for the request.

5. Regulations for the Exchange of "Electronic Money"

5.1. The exchange begins after the Service receives funds from the User and is carried out within up to 180 minutes.

5.1.1. If the funds for a request created by the User do not arrive within the time specified in the request, the request is automatically canceled, and the rate is recalculated according to current market values.

5.2. The exchange is considered completed after the funds are transferred to the details specified by the User.

5.3. The User cannot cancel an exchange that has already begun.

6. Guarantees and Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Service bears no financial or moral liability for the incorrect use of the Service by the User, or for errors made by the User when filling out individual fields of the standard request form for the exchange of "digital money." If funds were transferred to the wrong account, cancellation of the operation or return of funds is not carried out.

6.2. The Service administration may at any time supplement or amend this Agreement. All changes begin to apply after their publication on the web resource (website).

6.3. The Service does not block transactions. We do not use AML scanners and do not freeze funds based on external requests. All transfers are accepted to non-custodial wallets, access to which is available only to the Service.

6.4. The Service is not responsible for delays caused by congestion of blockchain networks, actions of third-party services, or force majeure circumstances.

6.5. The aggregate liability of the Service to the User is limited to the amount of the executed exchange operation.

6.6. The Service is not responsible for losses associated with changes in the market rate of cryptocurrencies.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. The Service does not request or store the User's personal data.

7.2. We do not keep visit logs, do not save IP addresses, and do not track transaction history.

7.3. All information about a request is automatically and irrevocably deleted from the Service's servers within 24–72 hours after the exchange is completed.

7.4. For additional protection, Users are offered exchange via the TOR network. Using the onion domain completely hides the User's IP address.

7.5. The Service does not transfer data to third parties.

8. Special Conditions

8.1. The Service accepts cryptocurrency of any origin, including assets with a high level of AML risk (up to 100% "red" status).

8.2. The Service is not a mixer and does not mix funds of different Users. We operate on the principle of complete replacement of the asset through a private gateway.

8.3. Payouts are made from liquidity pools of centralized exchanges, replenished through Monero (XMR). This ensures a break in the on-chain link between the incoming and outgoing transactions.

8.4. Users are advised to create a new wallet not linked to previous transactions to receive the exchanged funds.

9. Procedure for Making Changes

9.1. The Service administration reserves the right at any time to change, supplement, or delete clauses of this Agreement.

9.2. The current version of the document is always posted on this page. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the text.

9.3. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.

9.4. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes means the User's consent to the new version.

9.5. If the User disagrees with the updated terms, the User must stop using the Platform.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance by the User and remains in effect indefinitely throughout the entire period of use of the Service.

10.2. If any provision of the Agreement is recognized as invalid, this does not entail the invalidity of the remaining clauses.

10.3. Use of the Service confirms that the User has read this Agreement, understands its meaning, and accepts all terms in full.
