1. General provisions

1.1. This Agreement defines the procedure for electronic money exchange services provided by the service.

1.2. The service is an online resource for electronic money exchange.

1.3. A User/Client is an individual who wishes to use the service.

1.4. The User and the service are jointly referred to as the Parties.

1.5. This Agreement is a public offer accepted by the User by submitting an exchange order through the online resource.

2. Services provided

2.1. The service exchanges electronic money of Bitcoin, Ethereum and other payment systems listed on the website.

2.2. The service does not provide interbank exchange or other banking services.

2.3. An exchange requires the User to send digital assets from an electronic wallet belonging to the User.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The service provides the services described in section 2 subject to the User's compliance with this Agreement. The service procedure is governed by the internal rules set out in section 5.

3.2. The User pays for the service in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Rights and obligations of the Parties

4.1. The service shall:

4.1.1. Convert digital currencies of online payment systems in accordance with this Agreement.

4.1.2. Provide technical and informational support to Users during an exchange.

4.2. The User shall:

4.2.1. Provide accurate data and payment details required for timely transfers.

5. Electronic money exchange procedure

5.1. An exchange begins after the service receives the User's funds and is completed within up to 180 minutes.

5.1.1. If payment for an order is not received within the time specified on the order page, the order is cancelled automatically.

5.2. An exchange is complete after funds are sent to the payment details provided by the User.

5.3. The User cannot cancel an exchange that has already started.

5.4. When the User receives Bitcoin, transaction confirmation time depends on the Bitcoin network and may range from 15 minutes to several hours depending on network load. The service is not responsible for the speed of Bitcoin transactions or confirmations.

5.5. By clicking the button confirming acceptance of the exchange rules, the User accepts all terms of this Agreement.

6. Guarantees and liability of the Parties

6.1. The service is not financially or morally liable for misuse of the service by the User or for errors in addresses, networks or other order details. If funds are sent to an incorrect account, the operation cannot be cancelled and the funds cannot be returned.

6.2. The service administration may amend this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
